We work with the mission to close the gender gap of the technology world by lifting female careers with the power of the community. The Femtec Alumnae e.V. (FTA)

is a voluntary association, founded on 30 August 2008, which consists of a network of over 900 highly qualified, technically enthusiastic and committed women with an academic background in STEM subjects. Our vision: Women.Change.Society.
