In daily life I am regularly confronted with non-optimized products and services. This can cause great frustration for me, but mixing this with my ambition to improve it, can lead to very inspiring ideas

I hardly faced any problems regarding female career support, until I start living in Germany/Bayern.
Unfortunately an old-fashioned thought of the family composition is well kept alive in both business- and social society. Change must come from society itself and therefore I am most happy to be a part of Net4Tec, helping out spreading the word.

At the beginning of my career I experienced a difficult situation. During a job application procedure, one man and one woman were available for the job. Then pregnancy became an internal point of discussion.

No matter how good you are at work, without a decent network it is more difficult to achieve your goal with satisfaction. And even more important, it great fun to combine business- and social life with each other.
