Career is very diverse. For me it means that the maximum potential is drawn from every person. The focus is on the personality of the individual. It is important for the respective company to put together diverse teams and to respond to the needs of the individual. I would like to work in a motivated, diverse team and lead and encourage employees individually. Working together, any project can be a success if the team members achieve their goals with passion and commitment. My goal is to lead a team and to do activities that I really enjoy.

After graduating, I started my career at Porsche AG as an interior development engineer, where I managed projects and developed new sports cars. I currently work as a process engineer at Procter & Gamble in final assembly (oral care) and lead the line team. For the future I wish for more project management activities and good cooperation in my own team.

The biggest challenge in the project was to keep to the start of production, although changes had been made shortly before.
In the team, it was the restructuring of the team members and the reassignment of their tasks.
Personally, the biggest challenge every day is to be able to say “no” and allow yourself to be calm, not always wanting to give 100% and to be relaxed.

It is very important to have a large and good network both within the company and externally. People who give you advice, support you and are there for you. Someone to talk to, who understands you and offers help. Sharing problems gives new perspectives and helps to approach things differently. Often you also notice that you are not alone with the problem or that you can give others good advice yourself.

My colleagues love my open, cordial nature. They like my smile and smile, the good mood and the fun at work. They really appreciate my commitment to projects and the team members.

I am inspired by intensive conversations with interesting people who have different perspectives and are open to new things. The best ideas often come from discussions with very different people. By traveling the world I learn so much about cultures, people and languages ??that it enriches and inspires me.

Standing still is nothing for me, I want to develop further, a little bit every day and fight for my goals.
If I had stayed the way I was 10 years ago, I wouldn’t be where I am now.

Always be confident and don’t doubt yourself. You are good the way you are and be courageous to take new steps, even if it is not the easiest and most direct way to the goal. Do what you want and don’t let other people influence you.
