In every change there is a challenge.Though moving to Turkey, living in another culture, not speaking the language (at the beginning) but performing in the job in the way I wanted to, with not too supportive managers, was probably the biggest one. After three years, I did not want to leave, as everything developed perfectly :).

In every hint there is something you can learn. so even a bad advice helps you to learn for yourself and do things different.

A big one, I think without a network a professional career is not possible. Men still do this on another level, like this they support each other and develop each other. We need to learn this and use our song social capabilities to form our network and use it for our career development. All my leadership positions where developed out of my professional network.
