Great things never come from comfort zones.
For me, a career means the opportunity to exploit my own potential and at the same time to develop myself further through new challenges. Standing still in my own life would not be a satisfactory state for me.
The remote work in the past year has further imbalanced my work-life balance. As much as I am passionate about my professional projects, it is important to give yourself enough time off to develop and implement fresh ideas.
On the one hand, I think career networks are important for a professional exchange, but also as an opportunity to gain experience and advice for your own career development.
For everything to do with digital marketing. From the development of the communication strategy to the implementation of SEO/SEA, e-mail marketing, social media and Co.! And of course for promoting a balanced relationship between the sexes in management positions.
Above all, the exchange and discussion with strong-willed, inspiring people about subject-related topics, but also about socially relevant and political topics. I always find the new impulses that I can draw from such discussions very valuable and enriching.
“Hard work pays off.” This well-intentioned piece of advice is only partially true. In addition to hard work, it is important to be networked, to have good visibility internally and externally and to be given the opportunity to develop further on the part of the company.
No good, no glory! Be bold and take on projects outside of your comfort zone to face new challenges and grow.
