The time and resource management of writing a Ph.D. Thesis while working as a research manager and spending your free time as a local politician. It is still ongoing. I only manage them successfully because I love what I do.

I really enjoy being a volunteer politician and changing things in my city. Nowhere else do you feel more the immediate impact of your ideas, decisions, and compromises.
