Many challenges appear as demanding when they are acute and in the respective life situation. I don’t have the single biggest challenge, but rather a few succinct ones that have helped me grow, both professionally and privately.

A very big role. Here I get (and give) support, exchange of experiences, active full references, tips, further training, inspiration, motivation, new perspectives.

Getting to know new things, new countries, cultures, people. Personally educate yourself and broaden your horizons.

Intelligent people who have the courage to take different paths that are authentic and don’t allow themselves to be bent.
Role models with a strong value system who give you impetus and new ideas. People who share their knowledge and are not afraid of strong personalities. People who have a special ability, talent or interest are not mainstream.

I can’t think of any concrete advice on this, because I validate the opinions of others and, in the last step, listen to my gut. A no, that’s not possible, has always spurred me on to try it and show that it works.
