Career is a journey and ideally follows one’s passion.

After 15 years in consulting business I know what a typical so-called career path generally looks like. Now, being an independent business coach and mother of a beloved daughter, I find it more and more important to find purpose and truth for myself. It is essential to have dreams, passions and principles which then serve as goals or milestones to go for.
After 15 years in consulting business I know what a typical so-called career path generally looks like. Now, being an independent business coach and mother of a beloved daughter, I find it more and more important to find purpose and truth for myself. It is essential to have dreams, passions and principles which then serve as goals or milestones to go for.
I am grateful, that I am in a position, where I can follow my own passion and – as a coach and mentor – support others in finding out their goals and walk their individual career journey.

In a greater sense: Shapes and evolution of nature – The love to my daughter – Humanity.

In a more specific sense: Individuals with true passion and drive who look at the world holistically and act sustainable for themselves and for others.

I am truly solution-oriented, optimistic and I believe in myself.

These traits helped me with many professional challenges.
For example, as top management consultant: managing an international organizational transformation program with a diverse team, different client players and demanding stakeholders. Or as a leader: support and develop team members according to their needs, strengths and level of experience, thus being authentic, transparent and fair. And – not to forget – as a founder: to take the decision to leave my secure consultant job and make the first step to become self-employed as leadership coach and business trainer.

You should not be too “female” in business.

Especially since I work self-employed as a leadership coach and business trainer networks – such as net4tec – are highly beneficial for the following reasons:

– Platform to connect with like-minded individuals
– Trustful network to discuss, reflect and grow
– Opportunities to give and receive recommendations
– Support and mentoring for young professionals – which also means for me: to give something back
With the experience and knowledge of today, I would recommend any professional to join a network. As a young consultant I was too busy to join networks other than the internal network of my company. I faced many challenging situations where I was on my own and had to find solutions, quickly. If I would have had a mentor or a supporting, independent network these days, it would have been easier on some though occasions.

1. Be authentic and true to yourself
2. Be aware of your core strengths and unleash your potential by building on them
3. Connect and support each other honestly

My true passion is to support women in business.
As a coach and mentor, I help women to identify their strengths, values and principles, build on their natural talents, use their empathic communication skills and act authentically with true impact. This also means to identify and use resources to align all important life-aspects and maintain a sustainable work-life-balance.
For me, every woman should have the opportunity be herself, successful and happy.
