What was your biggest professional challenge and how have you solved it?
The biggest challenge this year was to create the “TechShow” of the Car.Software.Organisation . We were asked to create a format that would be informative and emotionalizing at the same time, providing a compact overview of the products the Car.Software Org – and all of that during the challenging times of Covid-19. so we had to go digital. The biggest challenge was to create an hybrid event – live on stage, wtih speakers, exhibits and demos, integrating participants via Skype and MS Teams while sending the show out as a digital WebCase to about 4.500 recipients. In the ramp-up phase of t he CSO we had to overcome many uncertainties during our planning, but we had an great team, who did an amazing job creating the show.
What is the worst advice someone has ever said to you?
You cannot change it, because we have always done things this way.
