People who are courageous and brave, stand up for themselves and making life better for others less fortunate. People who go forward and follow their dreams to build a better future.
Furthermore my three kids (two boys and one girl). Their love and smiles keep me going.
What was your biggest professional challenge and how have you solved it?
To cope with a toxic leader and colleagues. Fortunately it was only for a short time. But this is one of the reasons why a pay attention at a respectful and safe working environment. I don´t want that other people have the same experience. Life is too short for such kind of nonsense.
What is the worst advice someone has ever said to you?
My supervisor of my diploma thesis advised me against a PhD program and said, that a PhD would be nothing for me. I just smiled, walked away and thought: „Jetzt erst recht!“.
I was one of the first participants and few women who successfully completed the PhD program.

I love building trusted relationships – to grow, to inspire, to laugh. Every person can be an opportunity to something great. Furthermore I am a fan of growth mindset. People are so important to set impulses, to challenge you and to push you beyond your comfort zone.
What is the learning or advice you would like to share with other women?
Have the courage to live a life true to yourself, not the life others expected of you.
What are you passionate about?
I am passionate about female empowerment in cooperation with conscious men. I firmly believe that there is enormous potential for every woman and for our society. If we stick together and empower each other, magic things can happen.
