Your calendar is full, and your next idea keeps getting pushed aside. Many people already use AI for individual texts or questions. How can you turn those individual interactions into a useful way of handling recurring tasks?

Svenja Saß combines a leadership role with running her own business and public speaking. Using the preparation of a KI und Kuchen workshop as an example, she shows how she develops existing knowledge and ideas with AI.

You will create a context brief for a task of your own: What should the output be? What information does the AI need? How will you recognise a good result? You will use this brief to produce an initial draft and learn how to review and improve it. Together, we will explore where this approach can ease your workload and what you would like to make room for.

The session is designed for people with some initial experience of using AI. The demonstration will use ChatGPT. For the exercise, you can use an AI tool you already have access to or start by preparing your context brief in your notes.
