These types of behaviour could not only lead to misunderstandings, reduced collaboration, lack of trust, etc. On a bigger scale it can also lead to massive conflicts and discrimination.

About the Speaker

The aim of Dr. Carolina Kleebaur as a trusted coach and trainer is to fully empower leaders and their teams to collaborate effectively together, and to shape a culture of trust and responsibility.

Carolina has over 20 years of experience as executive coach, leadership trainer and top management advisor with a functional focus on good leadership, communication, organizational excellence, and transformation. As a former Senior Manager in Consulting, she led international projects in various industries. Carolina has studied Sociology, Psychology and Communication Science and she did her doctorate in Organizational Psychology. Today, she incorporates this profound know-how to facilitate state-of-the art leadership trainings, systemic business coaching and customized team workshops.
