About PANDA

PANDA Change & Innovation is a networking event and leadership lab for women who are already experienced leaders or aspire to a leadership role. Around 70 women from the Change & Innovation areas will be there.

PANDA is aimed at women who like to face challenges, grow with them and want to support each other. The program offers them the opportunity to test their leadership skills in various team situations.

The personal added value is diverse: networking at its best as well as direct contact with experienced role models and exciting companies. A day full of leadership experiences and access to the PANDA network.

Key Learnings

PANDA Change & Innovation is aimed at women who are looking for exchange, who want to develop personally and professionally and who want to support each other.

1. The lab offers participants the opportunity to discuss current topics,

2. exchange experiences from their environment,

3. and try out soft skills and leadership qualities.

Who can apply?

It doesn’t matter what exactly makes you a “change & innovation woman” – whether you come from the technology sector, data sciences, financial services, media & digital advertising or the start-up scene or have a background in DATA, Artificial intelligence, UX/UI, SAP, Java, security, testing, IT architectures or a completely different area
If you have at least two years of professional experience and a technical or digital background, you can apply!

We at net4tec, are now at PANDA Labs for the 5th time! And feel very honoured to bring to life a real cooperation that offers so much value to the net4tec community and every single member.

We at net4tec are an effective, engaged, and relevant network of an international feMale community from the STEM world.

We founded net4tec in 2018 and have grown to an international community of over 1,500 women and men with chapters in different cities in Germany as well as in Ireland, Portugal, and Spain.

With the power of the community, we have held over 200 events, presented more than 120 role models in our network (women/men), and rocked the international stage with more than 100 net4tec keynote speakers.

We from net4tec are represented on relevant stages such as herCareer, Hannover Messe, Web Summit, Future of AI, and in corporates like BMW, Google, Airbus, Bosch, Microsoft, Accenture, and many others.

The PANDA LABS are the best experience you can do as women in a leadership position or women who aspire to a leadership role.
