Kay Mantzel works as New Work Ambassador at workingwell and is engaged in new work since almost 10 years. His focus is on linking people, places, technology and services.
Kay has managed many small and large teams and lives a hybrid and transparent leadership culture. For him all aspects of diversity & inclusion are very important- which includes work styles and neurodiversity.

In this session you will learn about the needs and requirements of people with neurodiversity and disabilities in regards to the workplace of the future.
The 60 minutes – GROW TO LEAD sessions are the space for knowledge transfer within the community, for online networking, as well as for discussing current trends to grow both personally and professionally.
