About the Speaker

Kay Mantzel works as New Work Ambassador at workingwell and is engaged in new work since almost 10 years. His focus is on linking people, places, technology and services.

Kay has managed many small and large teams and lives a hybrid and transparent leadership culture. For him all aspects of diversity & inclusion are very important- which includes work styles and neurodiversity.

Kay is a pioneer at net4tec.
