Welcome to our Re.Opening Event in Berlin hosted by DKB Code Factory
We are a relevant, powerful and engaged network of women and men from the STEAM world with a bold mission: To rock the technology world and make it more colorful by lifting female careers and shaping a new face of leadership with the power of the community.
We connect female talents with executives and companies and support careers across all stages of life. More women at all management levels means greater innovative power and higher competitiveness in the company. Because together matters.
net4tec is part of the Why Consult global ecosystem including networks, intiatives, business schools, companies, institutions and experts with competences in the fields of Diversity&Inclusion, Innovation, Business Transformation, Agility and People&Culture.
Our members are ambitious women like you and me, diverse in age, background, profession and career. Men play an active role in our community as allies, mentors, sponsors, and ambassadors. Together, we bear the responsibility to shape a new face of leadership in business and society.

DKB Code Factory
At DKB Code Factory we are on an amazing journey to influence the next level banking. We act as a corporate innovation hub for our mothership DKB, one of the most successful direct banks in Germany.
To make sure DKB stays like this, our teams are in charge of re-inventing the entire product portfolio: from our front door to web-banking, from mobile banking to brokerage and from internal banking tools to third party solutions.
Our goal is to improve banking with digital solutions and boost funding for sustainability-related projects.
Our work is also integral to a bigger project: transforming DKB from a financial institute into an agile IT company with a banking license.
During this Opening Event in Berlin :
We want to celebrate the year 2023 and the achievements of our community with this exclusive opening event limited to 40 people, brilliant heads from the technology world in Berlin.
We invite bright minds to engage in our mission #togethermatters.
We also welcome anyone that feels that they would like take a more active role in net4tec’s operations to express this during the evening.
