About the Speaker

Andrea Griesinger is a seasoned consultant and executive coach with a passion for driving complex change projects and enhancing transformation leadership capabilities within executive management. With a background in business administration and extensive international working experience in IT Consulting and Engineering Companies, Andrea now specializes in designing transformation architectures and implementing pragmatic measures to improve collaboration among senior leaders. As a personal coach, she supports executives and managers in navigating difficult and conflict-laden change situations, helping them to reorient and thrive. Andrea is committed to promoting diversity in leadership positions and ensuring the compatibility of career and family.

Since 2014, Andrea has been a partner at Upgrade, where she empowers her clients to lead transformation initiatives themselves, equipping them with the skills and confidence to excel as outstanding leaders.
