  • What do I mean by a conflict? What about it inhibits us in our daily work?
  • Why can conflicts be very useful?
  • What strategies are there for dealing with personal conflicts – and how can I make use of them in everyday life?
  • When should I deal with a conflict – and whose responsibility is that then?
  • How do I deal with unresolved conflicts – is no solution also a conceivable solution?
