is a relevant, powerful and engaged international community of 1.500 women and men from the technology world. We work with the mission to close the gender gap of the technology world by lifting female careers with the power of the community. Our aim is to reach 250.000 women in technology in the DACH region by 2025.

The Femtec Alumnae e.V. (FTA)

is a voluntary association, founded on 30 August 2008, which consists of a network of over 900 highly qualified, technically enthusiastic and committed women with an academic background in STEM subjects. Our vision: Women.Change.Society.

We need a strong ecosystem to change the status quo so we work together with FemTec.Alumnae and unite forces on lifting female careers in technology.
