How to build community on social media

Be social! Reach and inspire the right target groups with community management on social media. With various tracking restrictions and rising costs for new customer acquisition, customer loyalty is becoming business critical.

Communities that inspire users and bind them to the company in the long term are becoming an important part of the customer lifecycle! But building a community is a long process. Sarah shows what it means to build and maintain a community: From psychological effects to the necessary mindset for community managers to workflows, community guidelines, comment marketing and the question: How can I measure the success of my community?
