Nora Heger is a psychologist and coach. She consults global organizations and supports leaders to make a difference for themselves and others.

As Principal Director in Accenture’s Talent & Organization Practice, she is specialized on Coaching, Leadership Development and Behavior Change. Nora has progressive (20yrs +) experience in implementing business changes and managing transformations in global environments and with multicultural teams.

Nora is and has been working in part-time and job-/role-sharing constellations and has a strong track record developing actionable and measurable solutions on her projects in close collaboration with her clients. She also facilitates development journeys on emotional intelligence and works with leaders in 1:1 settings.

Nora Heger holds a master degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Aachen (RWTH). Additionally, she completed a journalistic training and is a certified Master Business Coach.
