Not matter, if you like the VUCA terminology or not, it become our reality. Most of us are facing constant challenges and changes – not only on the job, but also in our private lives, our environment or our society. Neuroscience can help us to understand the reactions of our brainand body and the potential impact on our mental and finally physical health.

About the Speaker

Birgit Neitzert is working a a Mangement Consultant at borgisgloger consulting and is passionate about agile and digital transformation with a focus on induviduals and teams. As a consultant and Agile coach, Birgit also places particular emphasis on building trusting relationships in the work environment.

Being an international IT project manager and team lead in the Automotive industry for more than 10 years, Birgit experienced that these relationships are much more important for project success than the pure focus on performance, costs and time.

In November 2016 Birgit became a mom of twin-girls – a new chapter in leadership experience. Her role as well educated working-mom brought topics like leadership, female empowerment and diversity even more into her focus.

Birgit studied computer science and become an IPMA Level C Certified Project Manger. Over the last years she constantly increased her knowledgeand experience in agile ways of working and got certified as a Scrum Master, Product Owner and Agile Coach.

She is living with her partner and their twin girls in Germany near Koblenz.
