The Calendar Is Full, and the Next Great Idea Keeps Getting Postponed. Many people already use AI for individual texts or questions. But how can we turn this into a way of working that genuinely helps with recurring tasks?

Svenja Saß combines leadership responsibilities with self-employment and public speaking. Using the example of preparing an AI and Cake workshop, she demonstrates how she uses AI to develop existing knowledge and her own ideas further.

You will create a Context Brief for one of your own tasks: What do you want to achieve? What information does the AI need? How do you recognize a good result?

You will then use it to test an initial draft and learn how to review and improve it effectively. Together, we will explore where this way of working can reduce your workload and how you would like to use the time and freedom it creates.

This session is designed for people with some initial experience using AI. For the practical exercise, you can use your existing AI account or first develop your Context Brief in your notes.
