About the Speaker

Jana-Josephine Chowdhury is the Global AI Transformation Manager at BMW AG, where she leads AI enablement across the globe. Before entering the world of AI, she spent 16+ years in finance and banking at institutions including Deutsche Bank, BNP Paribas, and UniCredit. Today she combines deep corporate experience with a hands-on, human-centered approach to AI adoption. Jana is the founder of ALPHAMINT AI, a platform empowering women at the intersection of AI, financial literacy, and leadership. She is a sought-after speaker, workshop facilitator, and passionate advocate for making AI accessible to everyone, regardless of technical background. Her signature approach: Talk to AI like you talk to a colleague. No code required.
