About the Speaker

Katia Triggiani is an Executive & Team Coach, leadership facilitator, and the author of Marketing Yourself Forward. With 26+ years of international experience in marketing and sales across global companies such as Microsoft, Amazon, Workday, and Fujitsu, she helps leaders and teams strengthen their identity, visibility, and impact without losing themselves in the process.

Certified in Executive coaching (ICF PCC) and Team Coaching (EMCC), trained in Neurolinguistic Programming and neuroscience-informed coaching, Katia supports organizations around the world in building human-centered leadership, authentic communication, and sustainable performance cultures.
