I encountered the sentence “It’s not that easy” several times when I was aiming for a goal and discussing the path to get there with others. While things may not be easy, they certainly won’t become easier by waiting. Maybe the best way to counter would be: “That’s why I want to do it.”

“You need to focus on just one thing.” That might be true, but not for everyone. Especially for a person with broad interest, this might work for a while, but you will get restless. So, pursue what you are passionate about when you are passionate about and seek out opportunities that resonate with you.

They are a great way to connect with people, to have inspiring conversations and ultimately, find support and get supported.

Learning is the best thing you can do! Learn everything that is of interest to you – because you are curious about it, not because you “should” do it or it “might be useful someday.” And never shy away from any topic that seems challenging – that is when people learn best!

I am passionate about change. I love the way it transforms organizations, things, people, and minds. And whatever the reason for this change, it always comes down to people learning, accepting, adopting, and reshaping the way they work or live. It can be a great example of resilience.
