About the speaker

Cornelia Hildebrandt has been working as an Engineer for more than 20 years in both: woodworking industry and automotive industry. She started her career as Technologist putting machines and plants worldwide into operatinon. Later she completed a MBA in International Marketing in addition to her job and family.

Today Cornelia is working as Head of Sales organisation at Dieffenbacher, an internationally operating medium-sized industrial company and she is also a Mentor for Female Managers.
