“Reverse Mentoring – Vorteil für GEN X, Y & Z”
Situation/Introduction
FeMentor is the first free reverse mentoring platform. Reverse mentoring means that the young woman provides her mentor with individual knowledge, e.g. about Generation Y-Z. They provide valuable insights for YouTube, Instagram, influencers and co.
The USP is the role reversal of mentor and mentee. But how does one become a reverse mentor? Why does everyone need a mentor? What can a young woman give back to her experienced mentor? Anastasia Barner, founder and CEO of FeMentor, answers all these questions during the Q&A. She also explains how to be taken seriously by companies when you are just 20 years old.

About the speaker
Anastasia Barner founded her first company FeMentor at the age of 20. The first female-only reverse mentoring platform in the German-speaking world. She has been writing as a journalist since she was 14 and has been the international TikTok face of Deutsche Welle since the beginning of 2020. She loves to explore male domains and make them more pink. She is in talks with partners from big companies like McKinsey and is making her voice heard. With 18,300 followers on Instagram, she knows how to use social media for social projects and start-ups and has given talks for the German Foreign Office, among others.
