Exploring new opportunities to keep growing within our community in times of covid-19 we invite you to join us to our new „60 minutes – GROW TO LEAD “ series.

We would like to create the space to exchange within the community, to network online as well as discussing current trends that we are all facing at the moment.

The digital era brings enormous opportunities for women. New business models and career options are emerging, old power structures and working models are being questioned and the term “leadership” is being reoriented.

Female leadership – the time has never been better than now!

Every woman can benefit from these opportunities for her professional and private situation to take a role as a leader. So let’s talk about it!

We will look at the term leadership in its three dimensions:

  • Leading yourself
  • Leading people
  • Leading an organization

Which mindset and skills are important for future leaders, which kind of roles there are to fill out and what possibilities there are to live leadership.

About the speaker

Dr. Kathrin Harteis is a IT Consultant, Trainer, Speaker, Lecturer, Coach and mother of three little kids. She is passioned for agile / digital transformation and leadership and Growth Mindset.

With her experience as a Startup Coach and Mentor she is mentoring and advocating women in Tech.

> 8 years´ experience in IT Strategy & Governance at TOP Management Level

>15 years´ experience in Agile Working and Digital Transformation

Grown up on a farm, travelled over 80 countries. Enjoying Life, embrace change and meeting new people. Therefore, I am passionate about building trusted relationships – to grow, to inspire, to laugh.
