“Design Thinking for Leadership”

In this 60 minute session you can learn how you can leverage the innovative methodology of design thinking in you daily practice as (female) leader. The combination with elements and know how from space technology will make the training a unique experience!

About the Speakers

Claudia Kessler is an entrepreneur and visionary. She founded Astronautin® GmbH in April 2017 and thus ensures the female future of (previously only “manned”) astronautical space travel. She selected and trained two German astronauts.

With Astronautin GmbH, she founded a space start-up that transfers space experience into management training.

Being one of the few female executives in space, Claudia is constantly working to ensure more participation, because women attract women! She also promotes the international careers of female specialists and managers in the Women in Aerospace Europe (WIA-E) network, which she founded across Europe in 2009. As CEO of HE Space from 2004 to 2018, a personnel service provider specializing in space professionals, Claudia achieved numerous prizes and awards. She is a qualified aerospace engineer, is the holder of an MBA, and has more than 30 years of experience in the international space industry. Claudia is now applying her experience from personnel management as CEO of a space engineering company as an experienced trainer in our workshops.

Julian Alessandro, also known as “Ale” among friends, has many years of experience in corporate education, innovation, change management and organizational development. Before joining philoneos, he helped international corporations, medium-sized companies and family businesses to develop further through a workshop-based approach and accompanied a large number of customers on various change projects. In addition, he was largely responsible for the conception, coordination and implementation of training courses within the Executive Program of the Católica Lisbon Business School and worked at the Chair of Change Management at The Lisbon MBA. At philoneos, he is responsible for the Innovation Campus as a product manager and also conducts further training as a trainer. He also supports family businesses in change projects triggered by innovation and digitization projects.

Julian holds an M.Sc. in Innovation & Entrepreneurship and is an innovation coach with over 50 workshops in the field of innovation, change management and personnel development.

This Session is the net4tec jour fixe for you and your career!

Our 60′ Sessions take place every second Thursday from 17:30-18:30 CET.

One hour in which we discuss a relevant topic for our personal growth and career in focus together with an Expert:in and many other net4tec participants.

The sessions are very interactive. We start with an impulse lecture with many best practices and pragmatic tips on how we can further implement the topic in our professional life.

In addition to imparting knowledge, the focus is on exchange with the participants and mutual support in sharing one’s own experiences and questions.

After the 60′

? You got to know a new perspective on the topic, learned new important contents and got a few tips on how I can further advance the topic.

? You also go back to the office with a lot of inspiration and have met new exciting people again and found some connecting points on how we can support each other.

This is a very special session in your agenda to share with the community, network online and discuss current trends that we are all facing at the moment and really push me forward.
