In this 60 minute session Hanna is going to walk you through some concepts in coaching that you can take and apply within your day – whether it’s at the job or in your personal life.

Coaching is a powerful tool for leadership and self-development. The International Coaching Federation defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential.

About the Speaker

Hanna Kamijo is an experienced sales leader with a simple motto: Teamwork makes the dream work. People are at the center of her leadership style. She likes to take an analytical approach and drives transformations by trying new ways. Next to her job she is coaching clients to help them achieve their full potential.

Currently she is a Sales Director at ServiceNow, a tech company that delivers digital workflows that create great experiences and unlock productivity. Before she worked at Vodafone for 11 years where she has built up substantial experience in sales, channel development, sales operations, marketing and digitalization functions. She has lived in 6 countries.

Hanna is a net4tec Pioneer because she strongly believes that it is crucial for society to get more women to the top and she would like to make her contribution to support this. She was nominated for the “Women’s IT Network Award” in the category “Leadership” and the eco://award in the category “#LiT – Ladies in Tech”.

This Session is the net4tec jour fixe for you and your career!

Our 60′ Sessions take place every second Thursday from 17:30-18:30 CET.

One hour in which we discuss a relevant topic for our personal growth and career in focus together with an Expert:in and many other net4tec participants.

The sessions are very interactive. We start with an impulse lecture with many best practices and pragmatic tips on how we can further implement the topic in our professional life.

In addition to imparting knowledge, the focus is on exchange with the participants and mutual support in sharing one’s own experiences and questions.

After the 60′

? You got to know a new perspective on the topic, learned new important contents and got a few tips on how I can further advance the topic.

? You also go back to the office with a lot of inspiration and have met new exciting people again and found some connecting points on how we can support each other.

This is a very special session in your agenda to share with the community, network online and discuss current trends that we are all facing at the moment and really push me forward.
