About the Speaker

Julia Baumanns, a young female leader stepped up in her career to lead an international team of highly-skilled technical consultants at Microsoft Consulting Services to drive the digitalization of Enterprise customers in the UK and Western Europe. ??? Her diverse team is performing in the field of Modern Work, which includes technologies like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, O365, Compliance, Security and Identity.

Passionate about people and their development, Julia certified as a business & career coach to accompany the change process of her coachees to ensure a continuous growth & goal achievement. A true support on their journey to reach for the stars. ??

As business partner at net4tec (NGO) she promotes team diversity & empowers feMale careers within STEM & digital business industries throughout their different life stages. ???

Together with her co-founder Begonia Merayo they lead a team of 18 ambassadors across Germany and Ireland, initiating local, global as well as strategic initiatives. A combination with different offers for their members that deals with the head, hand and heart. ???

Driven by their entrepreneural spirit net4tec has founded the Business Creathon, a diversity hackathon with the purpose to make diversity profitable and drive innovation in companies.

After living in 6 different countries, her growth mindset keeps her curious and striving to achieve more.

She expresses her creativity in arts, theatre, being a (certified) massage therapist, experimenting with food in the kitchen and discovering the nature by diving, cylcling and hiking to be able to constantly hit the refresh button! Carpe diem! ???

60′ GROW TO LEAD SESSIONS with net4tec

This Session is the net4tec jour fixe for you and your career!

Our 60′ Sessions take place every second Thursday from 17:30-18:30 CET.

One hour in which we discuss a relevant topic for our personal growth and career in focus together with an Expert:in and many other net4tec participants.

The sessions are very interactive. We start with an impulse lecture with many best practices and pragmatic tips on how we can further implement the topic in our professional life.

In addition to imparting knowledge, the focus is on exchange with the participants and mutual support in sharing one’s own experiences and questions.

After the 60′

? You got to know a new perspective on the topic, learned new important contents and got a few tips on how I can further advance the topic.

? You also go back to the office with a lot of inspiration and have met new exciting people again and found some connecting points on how we can support each other.

This is a very special session in your agenda to share with the community, network online and discuss current trends that we are all facing at the moment and really push me forward.
