Exploring new opportunities to keep growing within our community in times of covid-19 we invite you to join us to our new „Virtual Morning Session“ series.
We would like to create the space to exchange within the community, to network online as well as discussing current trends that we are all facing at the moment.

Situation/IntroductionIt’s 2020 and remote work is here to stay. We need to make sure our working environments meet the needs of our employees not only for successful navigation through the tough times but also, for a sustainable future of work.Key Take Aways
For this session, we have gathered our insights on the dos and don’ts of working remotely. We will discuss practical examples for you to take with you to your own working environment. We’ll introduce the theory frame of basic psychological needs and discuss how sustainable remote work practices can be built keeping those in mind. In addition to our presentation, we hope the event works as a platform for discussion and sharing useful insights for the participants to take into practice.
About the Speaker
Joanna Rindell, net4tec Ambassador Berlin
In her current position as Country Manager for Wunderdog GmbH in Berlin, Joanna and her team support clients ranging from startups to bigger companies, leading many businesses’ digital transformation process and ensuring their sustainability and adaptability towards the future.
Being at the forefront of Wunderdog, Joanna has been a key element in its development and growth, placing its people and culture in the center, and continuously experimenting, learning and fostering new ways of working. Joanna is a lawyer by professional training.
Emilia Vesa:
Emilia leads the people operations at Wunderdog. She has experience from developing organizational culture and creating better workplaces. As a social psychologist specialized in management, communications and organizational psychology, she likes to find ways and support people to thrive and be motivated at work. Emilia’s key interests lie in human nature & behavior and overall well being.
