Our world is getting more and more complex. And there are no simple cause and effect relationships between things we see. There is even no such thing as “truth”: Everything we see is a very individual perspective, not truth. How can we solve complex problems in the business world under these conditions?
The systemic concept of reality offers different solution approaches for us. One of these methods is called “Systemic Loop”. The crucial element of this approach are hypotheses: the “Systemic Loop” explicitly builds and collects hypotheses and assumptions about the situation and its dependencies. The method opens up the solution space and thus changes perspectives. As a consequence you can discover outside the box approaches to solve complex problems.
