Customer experience is today´s marketing and a key differentiator. 90% of company leaders now see customer experience as their biggest differentiator and brand loyalty is decreasing while experience loyalty is gaining significant importance. Digital technologies (e.g. AI, analytics, VR etc) enable companies to deliver contextual and relevant customer experience that creates value to customers while increasing profitability for companies.

Astrid has a successful track record of driving digital, marketing and analytics topics in various international industries (B2B & B2C) and multiple facets as a central theme throughout my whole career from strategy to implementation.  Prior to her consulting career and becoming a digital expert she has worked in multiple marketing leadership roles (Lufthansa, American Express, Vodafone /E-Plus). Always front-runner and with a very hands-on approach.
