Dear net4tec community

We would like to create the space to exchange within the community, to network online as well as discussing current trends that we are all facing at the moment.
Women and men are welcome!
Our #13 morning session takes place on Thursday, July 2, 2020 –> from 8:30 to 9:30 am
Coffee, Chat & Learn with Alina PopaÂ
Why do we need more female CEOs?
Gender equality is a human right, but our world faces a persistent gap in access to opportunities and decision-making power for women and men. The higher the role on the managerial structure, the lower the probability of the role to be occupied of female managers. Currently, only 4,8% of the CEOs* are women!
Let’s deep dive into this topic, by touching on the importance of gender diversity,
- How does it impact the performance, productivity and innovation of every company
- How can women advance in their careers and have equal chances at the workplace at any time, regardless of the family planning / age / background.Â
What’s in for you?
In this interactive session you will get yourself familiarized with
- Gender diversity and how we can close the gender gapÂ
- Impact of women in management on performance and more – plenty of examples and studies available!Â
- Ways you can accelerate YOUR career at ANY time Â
In this Session will be plenty of examples emphasizing just a part of the advantages females’ CEOs bring along. We plan to have an open dialogue and brainstorm on what every single one of us can do, to do a step in this direction.
Alina Popa will be our host – she is an avid gender equality supporter – beside being a net4tec ambassador and a co-lead of Global Women@Pega, she founded and led the Business Women’s Network at SAP in Munich.Â
Alina is a global Project Manager at Pegasystems, a global IT company, where she leads global strategic projects focused on Customer Success.
