WHAT WAS YOUR BIGGEST PROFESSIONAL CHALLENGE AND HOW HAVE YOU SOLVED IT?
In every change there is a challenge.Though moving to Turkey, living in another culture, not speaking the language (at the beginning) but performing in the job in the way I wanted to, with not too supportive managers, was probably the biggest one. After three years, I did not want to leave, as everything developed perfectly :).
WHAT IS THE WORST ADVICE SOMEONE HAS EVER SAID TO YOU?
In every hint there is something you can learn. so even a bad advice helps you to learn for yourself and do things different.
WHAT IMPORTANCE HAVE CAREER NETWORKS FOR YOU IN YOUR PROFESSIONAL CAREER?
A big one, I think without a network a professional career is not possible. Men still do this on another level, like this they support each other and develop each other. We need to learn this and use our song social capabilities to form our network and use it for our career development. All my leadership positions where developed out of my professional network.
WHAT IS THE LEARNING OR ADVICE YOU WOULD LIKE TO SHARE WITH OTHER WOMEN?
Be who you are and do not change your personality because you think this will fasten your development.
Authenticity is important! Observe and trust yourself, you will do the right thing if a decision is needed!
If something goes not as plan, breath, take a walk, get up again and continue to do what you think is best!
What do your colleagues or friends say about you, what are you characterized by?
Judith is Judith, she inspires, motivates, is pragmatic. She understands how to communicate with every level of employees and stays calm if it gets hectic. Falling down she just gets up again and continues with her job.
