Module 1: Agile Thinking and Mindset
Open your mind – where to go?

Learning Objective:

We will start with exploring the universe of Agile Thinking and Mindset. You will better understand the fundamental differences to classic management and be able to identify the potential impact of Agile Coaching.

Module 2: Agile Doing & Learning
Capability inspiration – start exploring!

Learning Objective:

In this module you will better understand the key methods, artefacts, ceremonies, roles and frameworks. You will develop the perspective of the Coach and best practice for different requirements of agile organizations.

Module 3: Agile Transformation
Get the tools – pack your luggage!

Learning Objective:

This third module gives you the opportunity to work on exemplary cases as well as your individual agile transformation challenge within your organization. You exchange ideas & new solutions with your fellow participants.

Module 4: My role as an Agile Coach
Check the opportunities - get ready for take-off!

Learning Objective:

In this last module we will deep-dive into the different facets and the practice of your role as Agile Coach. Major aspects of learning & personal transformation will be addressed and you will receive concrete support in how to start with your personal agile shift.

Each virtual learning module will be carried out via zoom and will take place from 19:00 – 21:00 CET.

The Monday stand up sessions will be carried out via zoom and will take place from 9:00 – 9:15 CET.
